Two Real programs aren't in the numbers above on purpose — they depend on what you do after you join, not on your production alone.
Real pays sponsors across five tiers (5% / 4% / 3% / 2% / 1%) out of its own 15% company split — not out of the agents you sponsor's paychecks. A fully-capped Tier 1 sponsor can earn up to $4,000/year per agent they bring on, with lower tiers scaling down from there. Payouts depend on recruiting and on your sponsored agents staying active producers.
Agents who pay their full $12,000 cap and clear $6,000 in post-cap fees (or reach $500K GCI with 10+ million-dollar deals) qualify for Elite status: a $12,000 restricted stock award on a 3-year vest, a reduced post-cap fee, and an additional $8,000 in stock for contributing back through Real Academy.
These programs depend on your own future production and recruiting. They aren't guaranteed for any agent and aren't factored into the Estimated Difference above.
Your Brokerage Value Score™ captures the parts of a brokerage that don't show up on a commission statement — support, systems, and how much room there is to build something of your own.
